Feathers. I love them.

Since I'm home Mondays, it's one of the days where I get to stay in my pajamas and let the creativity flow. Today, I realized that I have way too many feathers, so I'll be working on some feather pieces. Here is an example of something I came up with a couple months ago:

It's an ear cuff made from wire. I shaped a 12g silver wire into a cuff and wrapped 20g black wire around it for added comfort, texture and contrast. The feather is a red tipped pheasant feather. Really beautiful color. There are some small beads to accent it. Not a terribly difficult project to do at home, with the right tools! :)
